Harvest: We still have lots of sweet potatoes to dig. Please use a digging fork, follow our flagged stake method, and turn up soil a foot out each side of the row, and harvest sweet potatoes as needed. As you harvest, pile the spent vines at the row end. Take sweet potatoes of all sizes. You will find some greens, radishes and turnips to harvest. Take the full plant on the choi and look for still edible arugula, mustard, kale, collards and tender greens.
Water System: We are secured for the winter-please do not engage any of the water system.
