Saturday 4 March - garden startup

We had our all hands startup meeting this morning - great turnout, beautiful sunny weather and as always, a couple bald eagles came out to welcome us back.  We went over all the garden procedures, welcomed a few new members, and planted flats of beets, tat soi, lettuce, chard, and cabbage in the greenhouse.

If you haven't done so already, please send your $200 annual dues made out to South County Community Farm to Lloyd and don't forget to support the Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary through your membership in the Friends of Jug Bay organization:  Join Friends of Jug Bay

Good turnout for the startup meeting
