Saturday May 17 - okra, cowpeas and beans

Anyone know the song about "oats, peas, bean and barley?"  Spent the day with that song stuck in my head as we prepped the rows and planted okra, cowpeas and beans!  We also put in lots of sunflowers in between them.  The tomatoes are sure ready to go into the ground, and in the garden the mixed lettuce greens are a work of art.
